  7. ³How should we vote and how should we
  8. deal with all the charts that exists
  9. nowadays ? Here is one opinion...

  12. Well,  I just sat thinking and then I
  13. began  thinking  about all the charts
  14. we  see  regularly.  And the rules we
  15. get  of how we should vote and so on.
  16. Almost  all charts have the rule that
  17. you  shoul  d  not  vote for your own
  18. group,  members of your group and own
  19. productions.  OK, voting for yourself
  20. shouldn't  be  allowed,  I  agree  on
  21. that.   But  why  not  vote for other
  22. members  of  your  group  ?  Some may
  23. say,  they are your friends, you will
  24. only  vote  for them because of that.
  25. Hmm...  I must say that you are still
  26. allowed  to vote for all your friends
  27. outside  your  own group.  I must say
  28. that I know some of the guys I use to
  29. vote  for  pretty  well,  but I think
  30. they deserve their votes from me.  As
  31. an   example,   I  use  to  vote  for
  32. Lizardking  on  the  musicians charts
  33. and he is a good friend of mine.  But
  34. he  is surely the best musician (Next
  35. to  Heatbeat, of course) and deserves
  36. my vote.  But if I would join Silents
  37. I  wouldn't  be  allowed  to vote for
  38. him.   Thats  sick  in  my  eyes.  We
  39. should   either   forbid  voting  for
  40. friends(Which is impossible to check)
  41. or  allow  free votings..  My opinion
  42. is  that  we should allow to vote for
  43. ¶everybody  on  the  scene  except for
  44. ourselves  and  our  own productions.
  45. So  we  should be allowed to vote for
  46. guys in our own group!  In our charts
  47. here in Propaganda we have decided to
  48. allow   votes  for  everybody  except
  49. votes  for  themselves.   I hope that
  50. most  other charts will follow us and
  51. do   the  same.   Another  suggestion
  52. about  the  charts would be that only
  53. letting  certain people vote but that
  54. is  not  possible to make.  And don't
  55. you   all   think   that  the  charts
  56. nowadays  had  to  little  votes ?  I
  57. mean,  now we think that 250 votes is
  58. a  good  support  for  a chart!  Well
  59. look back two years in time and check
  60. the   Eurochart  then.   It  had  600
  61. voters!   That  is  a  more  accurate
  62. chart in my opinion.  The more voters
  63. a  chart  get the better it gets.  My
  64. idea  is  that  all  we  chart makers
  65. should  gather all our votes together
  66. once/twice   a   year  and  make  one
  67. OFFICIAL  Scene  Chart!   It would be
  68. the   only  right  to  do  to  get  a
  69. official  chart  since  there  are so
  70. many  charts  in  the  scene.  So all
  71. guys  doing a chart please contact me
  72. and  we  can  do  the  OFFICIAL Scene
  73. Chart!
